根據頭髮長度決定使用多少洗髮水，不要使用過量洗髮水造成浪費。將洗髮水倒入掌心，加入少量溫水形成泡沫，塗在濕透的頭髮上輕輕按摩。頭部輕輕向後傾，避免洗髮水掉入眼睛。然後用清水洗淨，再加入護髮素使用。
